Ana is a qualitative analyst of the consumer, and detector of trends and insights, with almost 20 years of experience. She is observant by nature, and passionate about coffee, design, music, the digital world and travel. She has a degree in Marketing and Advertising and is currently studying for an Experiential Marketing diploma. She has experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as in planning, especially in the FMCG sector (hygiene and personal care, food and beverages, banking, and e-commerce).
