With more than 20 years of experience, Caroline is driven to understand consumers and can fully use her innate curiosity in her job. Listening to people and connecting with them to understand their stories, motivations and behaviors is what she loves doing, whatever the domain or the topic. With a touch of humor and a lot of enthusiasm, she always succeeds in her goal: empowering brands to connect with their audiences. She has a postgraduate degree in Business Economics  and a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Leuven.
