Cristina is a sociologist by profession, but in constant training, having completed courses in marketing, social media strategy and analysis. With more than 15 years’ experience as a qualitative market analyst, in FMCG and health, she stands out due to her proactive nature and her ability to listen to consumers, analyzing their motives, in order to act as a link between brands and their audiences. She has experience in focus groups and interviews, but especially oriented to online communities, in which she has several years of experience, moderating in both Spanish and English.
