With a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Heidelberg, Jens has been curious about people’s behavior, in all sorts of places, for more than 25 years. You can find him researching in supermarkets and restaurants, cars and trucks, health institutions, soccer stadiums and even in campsites in Italy.
