With a degree in Marketing and Communication Strategy from CELSA, Paris, Julia has dedicated her professional life to the analysis of consumer words and behaviors through qualitative studies. She worked for 10 years in the most important French institutes and is now working as an international consultant for many brands and institutes, as well as teaching Qualitative Studies and Active Listening at universities in France and Morocco. She is passionate about people’s lives, how they behave, what they need, what they believe in, and qualitative studies are one of the best ways to collect insights and help brands to connect with their consumers.
