With more than 25 years as an expert in qualitative market research and marketing innovation in the areas of FMCG and B2B, Karam is a strong strategic thinker and an effective problem solver. Passionate about understanding and exploring human perceptions and behaviors, she loves to play around with methodologies to “go beyond the talk” and  get new, fresh, powerful consumer insights. She has a good understanding of client needs and expectations, is straightforward in her approach and talk, and is flexible and able to adjust to unexpected situations. She has a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication from CELSA, part of the Paris Sorbonne University, and a Master’s Degree in Semiotics and Linguistics applied to communication and marketing from the Paris René Descartes University.
