But I have the feeling that the consumer is not taken into account as generators of ideas for these new technologies. You have talked about the experts in residence, brainstorming with professionals, maker fairs…so it always seems that it is from the more technological or even freaky world and then, once you have that idea and have a prototype, you goes to the consumer. Is it so?
